PROJECT 004 – VN WHITE COFFEE (FREEZE DRIED)

Known as Bac Xiu, it was a drink concocted in the trading areas of Saigon. Bac Xiu translated means White Coffee and it was named this since it contained more fresh milk than coffee. It’s a creamy, fresh, light and nutty drink that is addictive and perfect for anytime of the day. The tricky part was to bring the same taste from a café and provide it in an instant powder form, but we can happily say that we have done just that.
